While the Nashville scene is the heartbeat of country music, the pulse beats strong in Texas. This “Outlaw Country” Texas music is a whole other kind of country music that gave birth to Waylon and Willie, and today’s superstars like Jack Ingram, George Strait, and Miranda Lambert.
In addition to legendary and top ten artists, this segment will spotlight artists that are wildly successful in Texas that might not even be heard of in the other 49. Top ten recording artist Clay Walker will introduce us to these exciting new acts while showing us all things Texas, and there is no one better.
